Warranty Policy For Bertucci Watches:

All Bertucci watches sold on this site have a minimum of one year Bertucci warranty and should be returned directly to Bertucci for warranty issues any time during the warranty duration. Warranty work and post warranty service and repairs are performed in the U.S.  Please see the instructions included with the watch for warranty information.

We allow returns within 30 days of your receipt of the purchase under the following conditions:

• You received a watch other than the model you ordered.
• The watch you ordered does not work properly. 

Terms For Return Acceptance:

• You are responsible for the returned shipping charges.
• Returned watches must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned watches must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Watches returned because of not working properly must have a clearly discernible issue.

Within 5 business days of receipt of your returned watch and after determining the returned watch meets the return policy conditions, we will issue a refund.
